Hi, its Lauren! I started my website in 2017 as a creative outlet just as I was finishing up high school and trying to figure out where I wanted to go with my life. Even though I haven’t always kept up with it, this space has always held a spot for me to come back to when I need a place to express myself and feed the creative side of my brain. After high school I decided to pursue a career in nursing, which I still love, but it doesn’t quite give me the creative outlet that I’ve always needed. Throughout my four years in college I’ve posted here and there, but found myself pressured by the competitiveness of social media and wasn’t being expressive of my individual style. I took a long break as I finished up my BSN degree and I’m happy to now be in a place in my life where I feel like I can dedicate my free time to my passion projects again. Even though it sounds cliche, I have had a transformative past few years making the most out of everyday, forming lifelong relationships, and working towards living the life I’ve always wanted. But one thing that I’ve been missing is having an outlet where I can feel creative and get out all of the ideas and that have been circling around in my head.

So here’s to a new start and creating a space (and life) that feels inspiring again.
